The anipal community brings this James Bond Casino Royale #pawpawty to you in honor of #Pawpawty Founder @FrugalDougal and Lynn, and to help our #Pawpawty charity Wayside Waifs of Kansas City, MO.

Just a couple of days ago, @FrugalDougal’s mum Lynn lost her mum unexpectedly. As is normal for her, she was worried that she couldn’t get the quizzes together and attend #pawpawty. We sent her our love and told her to be with her family, that we’d miss them, but we’d pull together and carry on. Anipals have come together and we are pawtying on for our buddy.

These guys step up to the plate every time they’re able, to make anipal pawties more fun and help animals too. They cheerfully put up with being asked over and over again if they can work at  pawties. Many take double shifts, and @PepiSmartdog has been known to work 5 shifts in a row when we were really short at odd hours in  the US. Some work from OTRB. And many of them also help out with DJing and Quizzes and organizing other pawties.

I really mean it when I say these guys rock. They seriously do. Go hug a barktender when you run into one. They do a great job for all of us.

@BunnyJeanCook hopped over the rainbow bridge at 6:45am today. She was one of my first friends on Twitter. I am sad she had to go to the rainbow bridge. We will miss her down here

I started getting to know her at a #pawpawty where someone was locked out of tweeting the hashtag. We hopped in and RT’d every single one of that DJ’s songs. She was always happy to help out any way she could.

Why?: Because Twitter no longer allows anyone but Twitter to store your password. So they use the newer oAuth system.

Solution:

1. Close Tweetgrid
2. Go to Twitter
3. In Twitter, go to Settings, Connections and remove Tweetgrid.com
4. Go back to Tweetgrid and reload/refresh
5. Login via the button

Too bad the Typist can’t come with me.

I was so excited that I clapped my wings and started getting ready to fly out to Denver to her house.

Since the Typist could not fly with me, she had to help me get ready. She wrote a note for me to take with me. I do not know why, though. I have already packed my iBone so I can keep in touch while I’m flying out and at the conference.

After I gave the Typist a bunch of *ducky hugs* and a big SMOOCH worthy of @Sydpie, I got into the “plane” to fly over to Denver.

Once I was settled into my seat, I waved good-bye to the Typist. They closed the plane’s doors and I was off. Woo hoo!  I can’t wait to see Pumpkin and everyone at Blogpaws West.

I am glad I have my iBone with me so I can pawticipate in today’s Pawpawty from 2pm EDT to 2pm EDT tomorrow. I really want to go on the Fail Whale Cruise and try to get me some Fail Whale. AND I want to go to #lakewithpetie too. I hope I get to see all my friends at both get-togethers!

This is my very first barktender photo ever.

I kept falling into the blender when I added fruits and stuff because I am only 3 inches tall. (Fortunately I never fell in while it was on!) So I had to get a magic blende rthat is small enough for me to use without  pitching into it, but it makes regular size drinks. Magic!

I have enjoyed being a barktender for the past year! I’m honored that I became Head Barktender for #Pawpawty too! I hope I can keep barktending for a long, long time.

Of course, tonight I will be DJing tonight, not barktending. Life is funny! Come by and celebrate with me, though. I will be DJing from 8-9pm Eastern.
