A Whole Year of Barktending

It has been a whole year as of today that I have been barktending for my anipals!

This is my very first barktender photo ever.

I kept falling into the blender when I added fruits and stuff because I am only 3 inches tall. (Fortunately I never fell in while it was on!) So I had to get a magic blende rthat is small enough for me to use without pitching into it, but it makes regular size drinks. Magic!

I have enjoyed being a barktender for the past year! I’m honored that I became Head Barktender for #Pawpawty too! I hope I can keep barktending for a long, long time.

Of course, tonight I will be DJing at #Nipclub tonight, not barktending. Life is funny! Come by and celebrate with me, though. I will be DJing from 8-9pm Eastern.

We had a great time at the Anipal Academy Awards Pawpawty! We raised over $1300 for Animal Cancer Research. Woo hoo! Thank you to all the organizers, barktenders, DJ’s, Sekurity, guests, retweeters, prize donors, graphics artists, and everyone else that helped make this possible! You guys ROCK!

I got a surprise too!

I won the Anipal Academy Award for Most Likely to Take Over the World! Wow! Thank you to the anipals that nominated me and everyone who voted for me. I’m amazed. I can’t imagine taking over the world. I guess I”ll have to figure out a way now, though. QOL George’s New World Order. Any requests?

Caturday – Prizes and Cat Toys oh my!

At the Something’s Cooking #Pawpawty I won a gift certificate to @BabyPatches shop Nip and Bones LLC that was donated by @MizzBassie. I was very excited because Nip and Bones has very cool toys and treats for my cats. So cool that my cat @Sanjeethecat was planning what I was going to get her before the pawty was even over. QOL

They will love the Zuke’s treats and my new cousin duckies and the chicken and the sardines. (Gree especially loves those Yeowww catnip sardines!) And the Plague Ratsie of course!

One of my cousin duckies is bigger than me. He squeaks. My kitty Mini likes that a lot. My other ducky cousin is smaller than me. He is flying around.

A year already!

Today is my first Gotcha Day. I can hardly believe it. It was a whole year ago that I was “gotted” by my cat @SanjeeTheCat and came to live here at the House of the (Mostly) Black Cats. Wow! I have had such a great year with such great friends. Thank you all for making it a super one for me!

I helped make costumes for a bunch of friends for pawpawties. @Sydpie loves her duckie costume I made her so much she wears it just for fun sometimes.

I became a Barktender and a DJ. Then I got to be Head Barktender for #Pawpawty!

OMD and there’s so so much more. I’ve met all sorts of friends and laughed with them and even cried with them sometimes. I have had a great year. Thank you Sanjee for Gotcha-ing me!

A great dudefest

We had a pawsome time at the Mega #Dudefest in honor of @FrugalDougal this weekend! There was bacon beer and farts on a stick and tunes and quizzes and prizes galore. And oh boy, so many anipals and even some human people came. There were folks I’d never met, and I know a lot of anipals!

@Brutusthedane and the #Dudefest team did a super job of organizing it all. And I am proud of all the barktenders I work with for all their help.

AND we raised over $1300 for the German rabbit shelter and Houslow Animal Welfare Society in the UK. Yay!!!

I was honored to do the pawwall for this special #Dudefest. You can click it on the right and see the full size pic, if you want.

I am so happy that we had a fun and successful pawty to honor @FrugalDougal. He’s shown us the way to help so many animals and has inspired us so much. *claps wings* Thank you Dougal! Thank you everyone. *ducky hugs all around*

Successful Pawpawty

Yes, we had another successful #pawpawty! Yay! We raised over $1200 for NW English Springer Spaniel Rescue in the UK. Way to go everybody! *high wing*

@SmokeyPoodle unveiled the new Anipal Cookbook! You can download a PDF copy yourself from Smokey’s blog. Thank you Smokey and everyone who worked to put together such a great cookbook!

We had a great time at the BarkWorld PJs Pawty Friday night. As usual, some of my friends had pawsome costumes. These are just a few of my favorites.

Pajama Pawty Tonight

@FrugalDougal is having a Pajama Pawty tonight to celebrate Barkworld and raise money for A Chance for Bliss Animal Sanctuary. Come on by! Drop a $1 or $2 in the tip jar if you can, but come on by anyway. Celebrating with us helps get the word out and is something you can contribute for free!
